You can make this blondie with any chocolate you desire really, just as long as you freeze it first as it keeps its shape when cooking and it also doesn't melt in the oven.
Kinder Bueno Blondies
(Makes 9 large blondies)
2 Orignal Kinder Bueno Bars, frozen
160g Butter, cooled melted
2 Eggs
255g Light Brown Sugar
200g Plain Flour
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Salt
Preheat the oven to 180C, Gas Mark 4.
Line and grease a 24cm x 24cm brownie tin.
In a large mixing bowl add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar and whisk together until well combined, this should take around three minutes.
Add in the flour and salt and whisk together until just combined.
Pour half the mixture in the tin. Break the Kinder Bueno in pieces and then place them down in the blondie mixture, you will want to spread these apart.
With the remaining mixture, use a tablespoon and dollop over each piece of Kinder Bueno. If you have some mixture left in the bowl, place in the gaps between each piece. Use a spatula to smooth the mixture.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 - 22 minutes. A skewer test can be done, in places with no chocolate. You will want them to be a little squishy.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool completely in the tin. Cut the Kinder Bueno blondies into nine big squares, or 18 smaller blondies.
