The baking realm

Today I thought I would share with you a new piece of furniture that has just arrived in my kitchen! Its dedicated just for me and all my baking/cooking products and equipment. Before this arrived my things were scattered all around the kitchen making it a pain when you have a million things you need and can never find what your looking for because someone has moved it! Now, it is so much easier as I know exactly where everything is. Mum got this from an antics place near where I live, it was £100 and in really good condition! It has quickly been filled and I cant say that there is much room left as I have rather a lot of things, a girl can never have to many accessories! ;)

As you can see the Christmas decorations are starting to go up! This weeks cook book is Lorraine Pascal: Baking made easy. 

                                                                    

I love pastel colours so i fell in love with these measuring cups and utensil holder, also as you can see all of my utensils are pastel shades. 

This section is dedicated to flours, sugars and dried fruits. I love having the flour in these jars as I think it looks stylish and makes less mess then lots of bags that have holes in them! 

This draw although a little hard to see has all my bits and pieces in like: Cookie cutters, piping bags, icing equipment etc. Its really handy to have everything in a dedicated space so you know where everything is. 

I got these old fashion weighing scales for my birthday, they really fit in with the style of the dresser and go with all my pastel utensils.
